Danielle Lowary

Occupational Therapist/Owner

Danielle grew up locally in the Methow Valley and has made Omak her home for the past 7+ years. She graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelors in Counseling, Education and Developmental Psychology in 2010. She continued her dedicated studies at EWU and graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2012.  


Danielle worked in-patient and out-patient services at Mid Valley hospital for 7+ years prior to branching out into private practice and founding Re+Active Rehab in 2020. She prides her practices in being patient-centered and has a passion for helping her patients return to functional pain free life and be as an independent as possible.


Danielle loves to spend time enjoying the beautiful outdoors with her husband and 2 little boys. Her hobbies include kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, camping, fishing and just about any other activity that includes friends, family and the beautiful scenery our county has to offer.

Paj Vang

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Paj spent 4 years as an information technician in the U.S. Navy supporting missions in the Pacific region. It was during her time in service that she first took an interest in occupational therapy, volunteering as an occupational therapy aide with an occupational therapist treating the children of military personnel. She went on to complete her Associates in Occupational Therapy from Brown Mackie College in Phoenix, AZ in 2014. 


Paj has worked in skilled nursing facilities for over 7 years and began providing out-patient services with Re+Active Rehab in March 2021. She is experienced in providing home safety assessments with environmental modifications and enjoys teaching adaptive techniques to maximize independence with activities of daily living. She also specializes in kinesio taping methods to facilitate orthopedic rehabilitation.  


When not assisting patients at Re+Active Rehab, Paj enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids. This family loves hitting hiking trails, museums, and playing in the many water holes offered in Washington State.  She also has chickens and goats that take up the rest of her free time!

Karmen Goodfellow

Physical Therapy Manager

Karmen graduated from University of Mary in Bismarck, ND with a Masters in Physical Therapy  in 1999 and a Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2009 from Argosy University in Seattle, WA.  She has practiced PT in varied locations in Washington and Montana, her home state.  Karmen is certified as an Orthopedic Movement specialist and Pain NeuroScience Education specialist with special interest in chronic pain, failed cases, and physical/psychological/social factors impacting functional limitations.  She has special interest in headache care and motor vehicle accidents or other trauma related incidents.  Karmen sees general orthopedic cases, spine care, pregnancy related care, pelvic floor dysfunction, vertigo and lymphedema.
